These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Propblink, operated by Propblink ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Propblink.
Important — Not Investment Advice
Propblink is a deal-screening tool that helps you organize and quickly evaluate MLS listings. Nothing in the service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any property, or a guarantee of any financial outcome. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
Propblink provides automated MLS listing screening, property data enrichment, and deal analysis tools for real estate investors in the Pacific Northwest. Features available depend on your subscription plan (Basic or Pro).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@propblink.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Each user must create their own account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are in US dollars.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that date. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
If you experience a billing error or are charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the affected charge.

MLS data accessed through Propblink is sourced under license and is for your personal deal-screening use only. Commercial redistribution of that data is a violation of both these Terms and MLS rules.
Propblink aggregates data from third-party sources including MLS feeds, public records, and property data APIs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that listing data, ARV estimates, rehab cost projections, or deal verdicts are complete, current, or error-free.
All analysis outputs (deal verdicts, net profit estimates, max offer prices) are estimates based on configurable assumptions. They are starting points for your research — not appraisals, valuations, or financial projections. Always verify data independently before acting on it.
Propblink, its underlying software, brand, and all content we create (excluding third-party MLS data and property records) are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propblink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including losses from investment decisions made using Propblink data.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Propblink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific features will remain available. MLS data availability depends on third-party feeds outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lane County, Oregon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in your dashboard at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
