Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 25, 2026

Propblink ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Propblink deal-screening platform at propblink.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Propblink, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you choose password authentication, a hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Information collected automatically

We collect the following when you use the service:

  • Session tokens stored in browser cookies (used to keep you signed in)
  • The search areas (zip codes or counties) you configure in your account
  • Basic usage data — when you trigger a pipeline analysis and what plan tier you are on
  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for up to 30 days

MLS and property data

Propblink pulls publicly available MLS listing data and third-party property records (owner name, estimated value, equity) on your behalf as part of the deal-screening service. This data relates to properties, not to you personally. It is stored in our database to power your dashboard and is not sold or shared with other users.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your account session
  • To run MLS deal-screening analyses for the search areas you configure
  • To process your subscription payment through Stripe
  • To send transactional emails (sign-in links, account confirmations, password resets)
  • To enforce plan tier limits (Basic vs. Pro usage)
  • To improve the service and diagnose technical issues

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral tracking, or profiling.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following service providers, and only as necessary to operate the service:

ProviderPurposeData shared
SupabaseAuthentication and database hostingEmail, session tokens, usage data
StripePayment processingEmail, billing details (card data handled by Stripe directly)
RailwayPipeline compute hostingSearch area configurations (no personal identifiers)
VercelWeb hostingStandard web request data (IP, browser, pages)

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Propblink or others.

4. Cookies and Session Storage

We use only essential cookies — specifically, a session cookie issued by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so will sign you out of your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information (email, preferences, search areas, listing history) for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes (e.g., Stripe transaction records).

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of any future marketing communications (we currently send none)
  • File a complaint with a data protection authority (EU/UK residents)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@propblink.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a CCPA request, contact us at support@propblink.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Propblink is intended for adults (18+) making real estate investment decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage via Supabase, and row-level security policies that prevent cross-user data access. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or by a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of Propblink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
